・エビチリ
・チーズ春巻き
・アスパラのベーコン巻き
・冷奴
・サラダ
・味噌汁

今日は久しぶりにエビチリを作りました〜

ちょっと辛すぎちゃったかな。。。。ｗ

でも美味しかった〜

それから子供用のおかずに昨日の残りの春巻きの皮で中にチーズとハムをまきまきして揚げました〜♪

苺ジャムに釘付けになっちまいました！

市販の苺ジャムも美味しいけど
やっぱ手作りを使いたいので
苺ジャムを作ろう♪
って思って昨日イチゴを買ってみたとこなの！
甘さ控えめで苺の形がゴロゴロ残ってて
パンに使いたいから
ジャムと苺のシロップ漬けの間くらいなのを
目指そうかといろいろ考え中♪
Ryouさんのレシピはすっごい参考になるから

自分では作った事無いけど、母がよく作ってくれてた。
煮てる時のあま〜い香りを思い出しちゃった。
おうちで作ったのって、粒が残ってておいしいよね〜。
子供の頃、おいしくて、一粒、もう一粒と食べてるうちに、一瓶全部食べちゃった事があったなぁ(^_^;)
