My きっちん　らいふ ♪ ～団子3兄弟～ ... 春巻き（ささみ、大葉、チーズ入り）♪

春巻きの中身を変えてみました～♪

＜材料＞　
・春巻きの皮　　　　5枚
・大葉　　　　　　　　10枚
・スライスチーズ　　5枚
・鶏ささみ　　　　　　2本
・酒　　　　　　　　　　大2
・塩、こしょう　　　　適量
・水溶き小麦粉　　　適量
・揚げ油

＜作り方＞
1.　ささみは筋をとり　耐熱ボウルに入れ酒を振りかけラップをして
　　レンジで4分ほどチンする。　しばらくそのまま置いておき
　　冷めたら適当な大きさに裂いておく。
　　春巻きの皮、スライスチーズは半分に切る。

2.　春巻きの皮に大葉　スライスチーズ　ささみをのせ上から
　　塩、こしょうを振りかけ　皮の横と巻き終わりの部分に
　　水溶き小麦粉を塗りクルクル巻いていきしっかりとじる。

4.　180℃の油で揚げて出来上がり♪
　　※練り梅なんかもいれたら美味しいかも！
